We promise that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt: ✅
Product has inherent quality issues.
Damage caused during transportation.
Wrong item sent, but does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns:
Personalized custom-made items.
Used items (electronic products are considered used if powered on).
Wear or damage to the product's appearance or accessories.
Outer packaging is lost or severely damaged, affecting resale.
Items that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which were confirmed at the time of purchase.
Other situations affecting resale.
How to apply for a return or exchange:
Returns/exchanges for personal reasons: Send an email to the after-sales center within 7 days of receipt. The item must not affect resale to be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns/exchanges for quality issues: Send an email to service@mail.frovorne.com within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the shipping costs.
Refund process: After the logistics company confirms receipt of the returned goods, we will complete the refund within 15 business days.
Please include your order number, name, and contact number when applying so that customer service can process your request promptly.
